Apple TV Privacy Policy
This policy applies to HELM Coders LLC applications distributed for Apple TV (tvOS). It supplements our general Privacy Policy. If a HELM Coders app is available on more than one Apple platform, the app-specific privacy description in the general policy also applies unless a tvOS-specific difference is stated here.
Information handled by Apple TV apps
HELM Coders designs Apple TV apps to use only the information needed for their features. Depending on the app, settings, progress, saved content, or other app data may remain on the Apple TV or use Apple-managed services such as iCloud, Game Center, or App Store purchases. HELM Coders does not use third-party advertising trackers in its Apple TV apps unless a product-specific policy explicitly says otherwise.
Apple services
Some Apple TV apps may use Apple services such as Game Center, iCloud, StoreKit, or other platform features. Information processed by those services is handled by Apple under Apple's own privacy practices and account controls. HELM Coders does not receive your Apple Account password or payment-card information from those services.
Accounts, advertising, and tracking
HELM Coders does not require a separate HELM Coders account for Apple TV apps unless an individual app clearly states otherwise. Our current Apple TV product approach does not rely on third-party advertising or cross-app/cross-site tracking.
Support
If you contact HELM Coders for support, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, app version, device details, description of the issue, and optional screenshots. That information is used to investigate and respond to your request and to maintain the support history.
Website analytics are separate
The first-party analytics described in our website Privacy Policy applies to visits to helmcoders.com product pages. It is not an in-app analytics system for Apple TV apps.
